It's so good! I even enjoy a little dairy now in the form of whipped cream and allulose chocolate chips with no issues! The biggest offenders seem to be if I overdo it with cruciferous veg! Ha!

@@joannayen9043 this is a common rationale for illness, but I don't actually see it creating a problem by itself - I've talked about it before on my show and it's complex, but I wouldn't blame it for other issues. Keep diving and getting the answers you deserve!
