40g butter.
20g flour.

Never add oil to pasta water, it’s not necessary and in dishes with sauce, can make the sauce roll right off of the pasta. To keep pasta from sticking, watch and stir. It’s that simple. An Italian woman taught me that. Other than that, looks delicious.

I used to put oil in the water with my pasta. Then I didn’t understand why I did it, lol. Now, to prevent sticky noodles, we melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter in it after it has been drained. I’m not Italian, but the butter keeps the noodles from sticking and adds a nice flavor

Στην Ελλάδα βάζουμε λάδι στο νερό!! όχι τόσο πολύ..1 κουταλιά της σούπας.. μόλις βράσουν ρίχνουμε 1 ποτήρι κρυο νερό. Αφού τα σουρώσουμε άλλοι ζεσταίνουν λίγο λάδι στη κατσαρόλα τα ρίχνουν μέσα κουνώντας την κατσαρόλα όχι ανακατεύοντας κι άλλοι βούτυρο φυτικό Μου αρέσουν πολύ οι συνταγές σου!!!
