Guthrie Govan - Wonderful Slippery Thing Cover (Jérémy Bonneau)

Here is my version of this awesome song! I remember when I first worked on this song years ago, it was incredibly challenging because it had a jazz orientation, which was far from my comfort zone that is more blues-rock-shred oriented.
Moreover , there are some mind-blowing elements in there, such as the slap intro, the insane middle tapping lick (I can't even count the number of hours I devoted to perfecting those 5 seconds, but it was a lot 😀), and some thrilling chromatic passages too... Guthrie in all of his glory

Thanks I try a lot of things but now here is my setup : I plugged the Ax8 into my Mesa Boogie Express, and then connected the Torpedo Captor X to my Focusrite.
