I must say, I am not a ford guy (cause of misstreatment by local dealers mostly). But your attention to detail, and the care you take when working on customer vehicles speaks volumes about you. Infant mortality of electronic modules is a fact of life. I work in aviation and we always have one or two failures of some digitally controlled component in the first week. We certainly have many more components then a vehicle but a common issue. Like your new super high resolution TV, if it works the first week you are golden and will have years of enjoyment. My real comment is you do proper troubleshooting, now if we can get the rest of the techs to follow your lead! Love your channel as a happy 2022 F450 SD owner.

Oh no way, this is the code my truck has! If I clear it with FORScan it comes back, but my massaging seats, lumbar, etc all seem to work fine. Betting it is the connector you showed off years ago where you have to change the pins or something.

On my early '17 (ordered it before any dealers had it in stock) I had less than 1k on it when the transfer case failed. it was throwing oil out of the rear drive shaft seal, after several visits to the dealer they replaced it, internal bearing failed, it was spinning in the case, causing a vibration in the driveshaft, the kept destroying the new seals they replaced.
