Original. I'm not on tik tok, but apparently this song was a sound byte. The movie was Weird Science, and from the 80s. Mitch and Scott were both in musical theater as kids. Plus with all of their creativity, yeah. Pure genius.

If you look at the shelf with heads you will see the one of Scott with an eye patch. If you look at Mitch he has one “blue eye” with a scar. It’s supposedly the one he took from Scott. In one of their Superfruit vlogs Mitch said that if there was one thing he would want (as far as physical attributes) it would be Scott’s blue eyes. So I guess his mad scientist self made it happen 😉

Loved your reaction! This is from their original album, Future Friends. Most of the songs on that album have music videos. It is a great album. The music is great. A couple of my favorites are Goodbye From Lonely and Sexy Ladies, but I really like the whole album. I think you would enjoy it also. It is extremely creative. 💕💕

It was a vid released at Halloween, so FrankenScott and Mad Scientist Mitch. My favorite of theirs. Also a total JAM. Also TOTALLY convinced Scott had to have his eyes shut in the tube to keep from utterly cracking up the entire time because he is Captain Giggles when Mitch ISN'T going over the top acting.

Loved this! Superfruit had albums, concerts, video's, original music the whole 9 yards. This song was big on TikTok. A few other really good SF songs are "Goodbye from Lonely", "Deny U" and "The Promise" which was their last song/video as Superfruit. Love your reactions D!!! ❤

Loved your reaction as always! Superfuit did videos for almost all of their songs on their Future Friends EP. All the song are fabulous and almost all (I think just one) isn't original. Definitely worth checking out them all!! Love them!

YES..."The Promise" is actually a cover but imo it definitely is an upgrade..the video for it is absolutely beautiful as well with Adam Rippon (male figure skater)

All 15 songs on Future Friends are original except Fantasy, which was written by their guest star. Sweet Life is another original but, it did not make it onto the album. Vacation, Heartthrob, Hurry Up, How Ya Feeling, and Sexy Ladies are just as fun. The video for Bad 4 Us is a 70s/Soul Train inspired dance party. They poured a ton of creativity into that album and all the videos for them.

Definitely check out their videos for Imaginary Parties & Vacation from this same album-their fantastic. And the last video they released before ending Superfruit was their cover of The Promise by When In Rome-makes me cry knowing it was the end of Scomiche but was done beautifully!

Weird Science. Anthony Michael Hall and the other I forget, just recall unusual. Danny Elfman did the music. I love this original piece and the lyrics are great. I know drag queen Plastique Tiara uses a clip of the chorus sped up a lot. EDIT: I think the other guy was Illan Mitchel Smith, I know spelling stinks, the movie is almost 40 years old and don't think he did any more acting. And, is it Anthony Michael or Michael Anthony? I can never remember, lol.
