For me it seems pretty accurate. I’m usually good with my cramps but sometimes they’re so bad that I’ve had to lean against something and stop doing whatever I’m doing for a while until they go away. I rarely get cramps now bc I have an IUD although when I do get them its pretty bad but before and even when I had my IUD at first it was immense pain

I suffer from endometriosis, and the pain causes me to throw up and pass out so I wouldn’t say they were being dramatic. In fact that’s one of the things women with Endometriosis often get called and it’s pretty sad to be called dramatic when your body is causing you so much pain.

Out of the guys try period simulator videos I’ve seen, by far this is the most accurate in the sense that the pain actually builds up (well, at least for me). I would start to feel the pain a few days before the period. That’s probably the reason why some girls like me have built the tolerance. And yes, the pain during labor/delivery is a lot worse than period cramps

I always had bad cramps but i experienced my worst last year. I really felt something was wrong because the pain usually subsides but it lasted for 40 minutes. I even went to my knees on the bathroom floor at my work. After the blood clot passes i finally was feeling better but is exhausting.

Also I'm a dude but i know stomach cramps in general and tbh it's a lingering deep pain that spreads across the body sometimes. So i can see why it's something you get used to . I sometimes have bad stings that i have to walk to the store with it and I can't even bend my legs properly and no, it's part of my condition. It's chronic and it's forever and happens of i have a poor diet or just unlucky.

I’m 34 years old and I’ve had my period since I was 10. I have a condition called endometriosis and believe you do no get used to the pain. In fact it gets worse with the years for many women with this and similar conditions.

I think level 8 and above are endometriosis levels, whereas under that are normal variations in period for women in general. some women stay at level 4 and under, but most hop between 1 - 5, with 6 and 7 being the normal extremes on day 1 and day 2.
