Just wanted to say the pain simulation thing was in a weird spot if it's period cramps. Our cramps are usually lower, located more towards the uterus. But those are just abdominal cramps. We can get them in our back, hips, thighs and legs. My point was that that's why it could have hurt more. Maybe it was just on a weird spot on the stomach. Also as someone with really bad cramps I really want to try those out lol.

If I was on the girls team I would have crushed the ice bowl challenge. Used to do that every day being a Massage Therapist, it helps. I would do it for 10 minutes. Although one time I put too much ice in and my hand turned blue, that wasn’t good but thankfully I was ok lol But omg the pain when I took my hand out and my roommate walked in and screamed, then ran out of the room, I will never forget 😂
