I really appreciate that Triple DDD came to England, but I can't help feeling that everyone they spoke to in these restaurants was chosen cos they sounded like the 'right' kind of English received pronunciation speakers. Maybe that's just what people in London restaurants sound like. Please visit the North - London is a tiny spec of what the UK has to offer in terms of food and culture.
