I am totally blown-away by the amount of carbs, starches & sugars you ate at one sitting! Guy knows how to pack on the high caloric dishes with a great plating and high prices! All said and done I knew you wanted to try a lot of plates but at $228 plus tip, that's big time over-kill! That was real sporting of Ceasars to pick up the tap but in reality the 'real' foodies aren't lining up to eat at Guy's touristy restaurants!

Decades of practice lol. I think you also described a lot of Vegas eateries with high calories and high prices. It's quite pricey here, but after making videos out on the strip for the past year, it's more or less on par with this tier of restaurant for Vegas. I guess I'm just desensitized to it at this point. I don't know if I'd be bold enough to make a blanket statement like "real" foodies wouldn't eat here. I think someone who enjoys anything should have the ability to enjoy range in that subject. But I get what you're saying that they'll likely look for more than elevated barfood in Vegas. That said, my videos are not just for foodies, but for those doing research to come to Vegas. I'd rather they see these prices in my videos and offerings and be prepared as opposed to coming to Vegas and be shocked. Thanks for watching!

I've had a dessert comped and a Pepsi comped before, but never a whole meal like this. I did try and still pay after they told me it was taken care of, and I got quite the quizzical look lol. I was all packed up and done with filming when they told me, and I had to pull out all my equipment to get a clip saying I got my meal comped only to find out during editing that I never turned on the microphone. Yeah, it's quite pricey to eat here. It's about on par with other strip burger restaurants and a similar meal at Gordon Ramsay Burger, Black Tap, or Holsteins would cost roughly the same. I did enjoy the food, but I like most food. Personally off camera, I'd just get a Pepsi and the tonkatsu sandwich and that will still come out to a little over $30 so not cheap by any means. I don't think you'll ever really get a bad meal in Vegas, but you're not going to feel like you got a deal ever unless you're dining with a food and beverage credit that's for sure. Went there two Sundays ago while waiting for my room to be ready. Food was awful. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries which was one of the worst sports bar sandwich I ever had. It had no real favor and was overcooked. Service was slow and the bartender screwed up my order. Still hungry after eating the $42 with tip sandwich. Luckily I received text that my room was ready so I quickly paid and left. Never again Guy. Love your TV show but you need to do a surprise inspection of this particular property.

Oof, that sucks they nuked your sandwich. Since I was there opening day with a near empty restaurant, my service was top notch. I wonder how often the celebrity chefs visit their namesake properties. Several servers from his restaurants have told me that Gordon Ramsay personally comes to the Vegas restaurants once a year to check on things. I wonder if Guy does the same. Thanks for watching!

you're paying through the wazoo for Guy Fieri's food gimmicks, very kitschy if you ask me. This reinforces my perception of Las Vegas as a kitschy town with no class or culture. It has the sports teams, the casinos but no world-class performing arts center (you know, the classical European arts for you Americans).

$21 for a caesar salad. I don't mind paying for a chef's talent or expensive ingredients, but it doesn't take much talent or expense of ingredients to make a caesar salad. The whole menu is way too expensive. The food looks like a homecook experimenting and trying to make things look a little fancy.

This particular corridor gets a lot of foot traffic and people are starting to be very well aware how expensive Vegas has become so I don't think they're as shocked when they see it. I don't think this place is going to have any trouble getting customers. Thanks for watching!
