This has been to court multiple times and consistently ruled constitutional. The logic is generally "the people" is not all inclusive, and doesn't include criminals. as demonstrated explicitly by them still being subject to forced servitude, and implicitly as otherwise inprisonment or the death penalty would also be unconstitutional. All off that was practiced while the the writers of the constitution were still alive. It depends where you live, but generally I don't think this is a hill worth dying on when there are so many states where you can have your felon status expunged after 5 years of so. In addition black powder guns fall through the cracks in most places, felons generally still have access to a wide array of shotguns and revolvers.@@jhanks2012

After this incident though, HVA decided to permanently shut down public airsoft games and only allow reservations for private matches. But you have to have 10 people, and pay 300 bucks for 3 hours. @@Filthy_Larry i had my share in that game too. Even when i throw, jump, mash the kich or punch, zone, block a lot. Id get my share of opponent rage and i ask, "What am i suppised to do then? Stand there and do nothin? I used COD because it has a much much higher player base than MK so the odds if getting a threating psycho much higher. I love using the shield. It ruins my rival's odds of using the high tier care packages or quick scoping. In a way, i do increase the time everyone plays on the map rather than the game ending in 2 - 3 minutes.

I haven't gotten into airsoft besides just enjoying videos and having gear, I've never really went out and played before but i've always had the thought of "should I carry a real firearm"(with proper permits and such, of course) seeing how heated people actually get during some videos you see online and this video doesn't only make me second guess even playing at all but it also makes me second guess not bringing one if I ever did. Chances are it will never be needed but I'm for sure not going to get stabbed over a game.
