Frankie got a call about a deer with her head stuck in a bucket. When he arrived at the scene, he spotted the deer - 500 feet into the Long Island Sound. He knew he had to act fast.

@@Beeznitchio plus that can be a little dangerous for both them and the deer lol, but hugging her to the bow of the boat worked perfectly, I think it was more comfortable for the deer too (despite the cold water) that he was holding her in place but not trying to pick her up which is probably where she would have panicked more. Also that paint can messed her up, even once she could see she was so disoriented stil going in circles, it must have been stuck for a while and she was just reeling still.

also how can someone buy their own paint to do their own projects like a handiman all macho, but then they can't freaking carry the empty bucket to their trash can or clean it out with a hose and recycle it? If they're too lazy to throw out garbage, wtf are they doing buying paint and painting things? If you can do labor but you can't do the tiniest bit of extra work afterwards to clean up, just stop trying, hire preofessionals who clean up after themselves if it's really that hard to do a thorough job. I also feel the same way when people shop at like Whole Foods or Natural Grocers to be more "Green" but then I find their paper receipts all over the ground outside this "wholesome green" natural store. There's no point in buying free range grass fed beef if you're going to choke our native birds on paper receipts, jerks.

Yeah, never leave any thrash in the nature, even little things like a chewing gum can be swallowed by a bird and kill them. And remember that the trash doesnt dissapear when you throw it in a bin, it's gonna stay here longer than you will live and plastic will never dissapear, everything you buy in plastic, foil, metal or glass will stay on this planet for such a long time so try to recycle, upcycle, use it again etc and at least try not buying packed veggies, take your owb bag etc. But most inportantly again dont throw anything away in the nature, its a home of so many animals, if you go camping or trekking etc always take everything back with you. I live near a lake and I see so many people leave cans after fishing its3 insane. This video is an example of what happens when people leave just one thing cause they don't care, it can literally end lives of animals

You gentlemen are legends and there's no doubt in my mind that you saved her life. Even after you removed the bucket, the amount of adrenaline from the fear, panic, frantically swimming in serious distress, would have been keeping her going. Without her head being stuck, the adrenaline would have been rapidly replaced by exhaustion. This would likely have drained the last little amount of energy she had left and caused her to drown. The way you got her back on dry land was incredible and she seemed to have understood that she could trust you just enough to let her help you, which with a terrified deer is no mean feat. I just wish there were more people in this world like you two, it certainly would make it a much nicer place x
