It’s a good sign when the dog gets off the bus for the day but doesn’t want to leave. I know it probably hurts the owners feelings sometimes but it’s a gift to know your pooch is happy.

Well folks, I drove School Buses for 30 years. I once had a goat,Donkey, service dogs in training, and a goose. The donkey and goose had to go home. But to do this with these canine wonders would be an absolute blast! I think this is a wonderful idea. PERFECT! I had so much fun driving bus. Heck when I was driving in Sacramento delivering Kindergarten kids to one of our schools, I got to meet Arnold Schwarzenegger after he made Kindergarten Cop. What a trip. Perhaps others can join in and do this in their community. Be safe everyone 😊

This is one of the coolest ideas ever. Dogs love rides and dogs love other dogs (most of the time) put the two together and you have the doggie bus. Not sure how you do it but they seem better behaved than children.

My favorite thing about his doggy school bus compared to others I've seen is that he customized the seats for safety for the dogs, so each seat has harness attachment points, and even small doors at the entrance to each seat section, so that the dogs can be contained in their seats better. So much safer than some others I've seen.

I'm a dog sitter/walker, it's what I love doing. I don't have a bus, but I do load up a couple of dogs twice a week and take them to the dog park along with my own. It's a lot of fun to watch them play, run and greet their doggy friends. I'm of the opinion, that a tired pup is a happy pup they've got that energy that needs to be released and what better way to do so, by taking them to fun places that enables them to do so. If I was younger and not disabled I could see myself doing what you do. It's fantastic, you definitely have one of the best jobs IMO. When dogs don't want to get off the bus and go home that tells me you're an awesome person. They have such a good time with you that they just don't want to go home.
