How ya figure? That's not a special paint job, probably get a new bumper & tailgate combo for like 800-1200 with matching paint. Or paint it for another 500 or so. The quad is fine. Maybe some plastics & a tie rod. This is no where even close to 5k. Where in the world do you get 15k? That's one hell of an expensive tailgate you're putting on there bud.
