Congratulations Guy, Dan and Timmy on an incredible moose 🫎 in Wyoming. Definitely a once in a lifetime hunt. I remember talking to Dan while you all were on this hunt. Showing him all of the moose 🫎 my brother saw in Idaho while on a deer 🦌 hunt last year. Hard to beat grouse as a fresh camp 🏕️ meal 🥘. “Genius” idea with the bike 🚴🏼 behind the motorcycle 🏍️ lol 😆

Congrats on the golden ticket and the great moose. I was calling moose up in northern maine at our cabin and it took 3 hrs to get him in. Definitely not like deer.

Big game hunter vs bird hunter... someone well versed in one might still be developing the skillset in the other.

Ha! Yeah you step on the wings and pull on the legs to remove the breast. But you still have to fillet them off the bone if you serve them the style that we did. So I saved a step by just filleting them off to put them right on the grill. That's how we do it around here! -Dan

Never seen anyone debreast a grouse that way. We just do the step on the wings and pull the legs. Voila nice clean breast and a gutted bird. Wings still on for ident.

That is no how you clean a grouse.... I can ALWAYS tell what type of a outdoorsman someone is just by how they clean a grouse... sorry guys....perhaps I was brought up differently
