I wanted to spite him so I became a master level guitarist and started taking students after only two and a half years of studying(I often practiced for 5 or more hours a day). After only two and a half years I was much better than him at guitar and humbled the hell out of him.

In the grand scheme of things, this piece is honestly a 5, maybe a 6, in terms of technical difficulty. Check out Liszt’s B minor sonata or Ravel’s Gaspard de la Nuit for some shit that would be a true test of skill.
