Hydroelectric Power is the second most risky in terms of disasters too, after Atomic Power. Hydroelectric Dam accidents have killed more people than Atomic accident's (not including other Accidents from other Dam types), when they go wrong, which they do they wipe out everyone and everything in their path downstream. Hundreds of thousands of people have died because of this, way more than accidents regarding Atomic Power. Though they are still only the second riskiest because of the Nationwide, possibly Global implications when something goes wrong with Atomic Power.

It's nothing to hide, you're seeing it from a biased, anti-China point of view. Many Chinese people are shy, especially with Westerners, and they don't want to be seen on TV saying anything bad about their own country, because they're proud of it, and readily aware of the Sinophobia that pervades currently. Can you imagine if a Chinese reporter came to you and said "how many people died building Sellafield?" You'd feel uncomfortable no? Probably also just don;t know the answer.

Yeah, all the things we hear have to be true especially against our enemies, Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela, Syria, etc though we did take care of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya by murdering millions of their people. Meanwhile we Julian Assange is rotting in jail for telling the truth and men tortured in Guantanamo Bay for around 20 years without trial. (a part of Cuba occupy by force). A British MP last week, "the British Government should join America and declare it a genocide", "how many Muslims do they hold prisoner", "we don't know we haven't inspected it". Mr Trump banned Muslims from entering the US vastly supported by the US people and the UK white population hates them and their religion. I wonder would America allow Chinese inspectors to inspect Guantanamo Bay? All that said we never hear about the terrorist campaign the Uighurs have been carrying out to get independence. Similar to Navalny being a right-wing supremacist who wants all Muslims in Russia returned to their countries of origin. Incidentally, I agree with the Uighurs getting independence as I do think the people from Diago Garcia be allowed to return home as should British occupied Ireland.
