I had to change my starter on my BMW X3 and I never worked on a vehicle like it. The starter was under the manifold and I watched a few videos of guys just sliding it to the side and using an extension. The bolts are not easy to get to 😡I ended up removing the manifold and it took 20 minutes to change the starter with it out.When I was putting the starter back in I dropped a socket and thought it fell in the opening. I was lucky it fell under the engine. I put it back together and it started and I was happy to be done.So I know how you feel about getting frustrated. You are a great mechanic and one day I will build a motor. You inspired me ✊Thanks

👍 good job…..wish I could figure out my terminator x on my supercharged LSA370NOVA…..pain in the ass….gotta do my votech supercharged 5.3 ‘73 c10 next, right after I finish painting it, my wife would kill me if she knew I was doing another supercharger build especially on a primered truck…..lol

Hah! You did change the ignition switch LOL. Thiose cheap after market parts are frustrating for sure. It's awesome you're tuning it yourself though. I think I'm going to mass air convert mine and dyno tune it but one day I may try a system like this. Also somehow I missed you were doing.long tubes. That's bad a$$ dude!

yea i hate the cheap aftermarket stuff 😒 I was going to do mass air but when I started adding up the costs I figured I would just go with this system because it gives me a lot more options

Great videos bud. Tnks! Just got mine what should the distributor timeming should be set to to beging with? I'm thinking 0 degrees since you moved it so much counterclockwise, mine is set to 14 degrees and it looks like the one you started with, hope you see this and give me shoot back before I have to find oit the hard way

I have had trouble with aftermarket starter solenoid before. I suggest getting one from ford.

That thing sounds sweet what cam do you have in that beast . I'm doing a 347 build but still have a ways to go. Block going to machine shop tomorrow. That was funny as hell when you said that you were steadily adding fuel on the tune when you should have been adding it to the tank 👌🏼😂 bout choked on my drink

It’s just an F303 cam since I’m planning for boost in the future. And yea I got a good laugh out of myself doing that 😂.

They’re 28x10.5s in the rear and 165s up front. Rims are 15x8 and 15x4 I think

@@RegularGuyGarage its was definitely worth the extra coin and a lot easier to set up than the Holley. i just did the Holley on my friend's mustang. he said the same thing you said about money. there is a lot of extra work with the holley after we finished installing it. and its still not correct. i had my car running properly with the pro m in a matter of minutes.

@@johndoe-zb8bm pro m has a 0% interest pay plan. i just swapped a cam in my 408. Anderson b31 to a b451 cam. not one change to the fuel/spark tables. still box stock pro m. I also can run my car with or without the sc belt. makes absolutely no difference. same tune same everything. You cant do that with a holley. Yeah its more money, but ask yourself, what is your time and patience worth?

Your wideban is too far from the engine, 18" max from head.

In the collector or after is fine. “If you have long tube headers, mount the sensor approximately 1-10” after the collector. You must have no less than 18 - 24” of exhaust pipe AFTER the sensor.” Straight from the instructions.
