@@alxfr9 thanks, people have to deal with so much shit and its hard to try to sympathize with them when you cannot possibly fathom how it feels. for me if someones going through something like depression i just sit and listen and try to suggest some things that i do thinking that stuff like that could be the reason i have high self esteem in hopes of them becoming less depressed as well as making counter arguments to depressive thoughts such as "life has no meaning" and "nothing we do matters" etc. a lot of people don't realize these beliefs are kind of short sighted and i try to get them to critique them so that these beliefs don't weigh them down.
