What is the cost and preparation considerations? I'm am trying to take a few months in southern guyana in the next few years. I am experienced in the remote northern regions of N America. This will be very different. I am looking for information about your experience.

How much does a trip like this cost? I'm curious what the variables are, how to book this, among other considerations. Please respond and tell me more about the experience it was just booking and preparing for such a journey.

I saw one of those anacondas on the road in the Iwokrama jungle. The pick-up brushed it as it attempted to cross the road. It retreated to the roadside in a coiled heap. I had my camera, but wasn't daring enough to reach out the side of the pickup for a snap.

The captured [old] record was 29 feet. I've seen a carcass, burnt in forest wild fire, 'he' was about 38+ feet. An experienced anaconda can battle a caiman in water and swallow it , head first.
