Guyanese Cheese Flaps

Ingredients
Dough
3 1/2 cups AP flour
1 1/4 lurk warm milk ( You might need more or less depending on flour texture)
1 egg at room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tsp salt
1 1/2 Tsp yeast
4 Tbsp room temperature butter
Filling
14 Oz cheese
1 Tsp pepper sauce
1 Tsp mustard
Glaze
1 egg
1/4 Tsp food coloring
Bake 320F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
