We didn’t do pagwah, my aunt use to, but she use to make these during Diwali time but she never put coloring, long ago everything was so original!

I have observed over the years that many of our people are embarrassed by their names, food ,dress,spoke and the way of our ancestors and I felt sad because they were often laughed at and mocked by people and now our culture is being celebrated and appreciated. So it's great to see you're on wood the brave ones who keep our culture alive.

👍👍awesome looking golden brown deep fried goja. I had never herd or seen it deep fried. My wife makes it from cassava flour and she boiled it. It’s probably a corentyne thing to boiled it.🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾
