Guyanese Quinches / Sweet Cassava Bread

Ingredients
2 Large Cassava (2 1/2 Cups cassava )
1/2 Tsp ginger
Filling
2 Cups grated coconut
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp five spice powder
1/4 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tsp fresh grated ginger
1 Cup sugar
1 Tsp mixed essence
1 Tsp red food coloring
1 Tbs butter
