My dad died in a train truck crash in March of 1950, I have been searching for pictures of the wreck. His name in the paper is H .D. Hamor , (Hershal Dale Hamor) of Kermit Tx. the santa picture is my husband. I was 4 years old. He was 28 or 29.

I used to think the same thing, but I have learned that it's regulated by the State of Oklahoma and the City has nothing to do with it.
