I think one of my favorite things I've ever seen you do is the "Famous Disco Basslines" thing... probably because it was stuff you obviously loved (as do I... Bernard was so good). But looking forward to the Toy Matinee stuff. Thanks for taking one for the team; at least it wasn't "Play some Skynyrd man... play something we can dance to" :)

Dear Guy. At first when I was watching this video, I didn't even realize who you are. I just thought, wow, that guy is great 😅 But now I know who you are… Shame on me, I’m sorry, but I forgot your name and my English apparently isn‘t good enough 😅 Thanks for all your videos, your great live and studio performances in past. Keep going on! Cheers from a formerly bass player from Switzerland.

My 14 year old son this past year told me that he wanted to really get into playing the bass guitar. He's been in music class and after class all the time getting his teacher to let him play his Fender P-bass. For Christmas we got him a Harley Benton JB75 with a Fender Rumble 15 amp to get him started and to practice on. He's been listening to bass players from all over the spectrum to soak them up, Lemmy, John Deacon, Roger Waters, yourself, Geezer Butler, etc. to listen to how a bass is played from different perspectives. When he listens to songs he's always able to pick out the bass lines first with anything, he's always had an ear for it. I'm very thankful you're here putting the music out there for younger players hungry to learn. Thanks again for all you're doing.

Oh Guy. You are hilarious and charming but OOTD is deceptively nuanced to get perfect. Keeping the delay in time while maintaining the power roar of the bass line is easier said than done. I'm loving all of these bass lesson (yes that's what they are) videos that are helping my own playing a ton. I'm down for whatever songs you share with us but I for one won't stop asking for other PF/DG gems, you're the keymaster after all. BTW - we've met a couple times on tour.
