Heya, great video guys! Also, for the girl trying to approach the guy on the train, if you are reading this, here's my advice lol. Don't just abruptly approach him, men and women, no matter the gender get uncomfortable when someone randomly breaks into their comfort zone. Instead, the next time you see him, make eye contact, keep it for 2-3 seconds and then smile. Do that a couple of instances for the next few encounters (assuming you guys run into each other often), that will make it much easier for either of you to approach one another and it will also let him know about your presence. Once, you become comfortable approaching him, just say "Hey, we're running into each other quite often" or something along the lines, and get the convo going. Also, the important thing is to never approach someone you like with this high expectation like something might happen. I tell my friends to approach their crushes with the same level of energy and friendliness you would approach your front desk or receptionist. Just be nice and friendly, with an intention of making a new friend, not a lover. That way you will let go of the pressure you put on yourself. Hope this is helpful!

Really great advice. At the end of the day, it's unlikely that one person will become a lover but it's great practice to start talking to strangers! Maybe one out of many you talk to will become one

I had the same view as Jason of prenups being “evil,” but over time I learned that it’s also a way to protect yourself and each other. For example, having student loans from college can transfer to the significant other if the spouse passes away and the prenup can prevent that from happening. It’s a contract that should be personalized to each couple and should be with the best intentions.

For prenups, I'm actually pro prenup..my boyfriend and I make a lot as individuals...my family has a lot of property owned. Although, it may seem odd to do a prenup because folks may be thinking of divorce, I think it's kinda just using logic versus emotion. There are couples I've witnessed get divorced at 60 years old+ and are stuck dealing with assests. I'd like to believe that my love will last forever, but so many things in the future can happen so we just never know 🤷🏻‍♀️ and sometimes, some people act different when hard amounts of money get involved too...
@missalicesmiles

Exactly. People can also look at it this way - if a couple remains married, there is no need to trigger the pre nupt and it's just a piece of paper at the end of the day

To the girl who asked how she should approach the guy on the train: I think you should simply make eye contact, smile and say hello, good morning, and take a seat across from him. I wouldn't suggest immediately following it up with another statement, question, or asking him out right then and there, though it's been suggested by other users below. Instead, pull out a book, a newspaper and continue on with your transit. If the guy is friendly and/or interested, he'll respond back with a good morning, hello, or even initiate a conversation with you. You can repeat this general greeting over the coming days and build up to a level of comfort to eventually have a casual conversation and possibly be asked out if he's interested. It works, because if he doesn't respond to your initial greeting, there is practically no loss and/or embarrassment; you're saying hello to someone you see daily and so it can always be interpreted/brushed off as mere politeness. I would not ask someone out without ever having had a conversation with them, as you may change your mind once you begin to converse; for one, you may find they're not so interesting once you begin to interact . Also, don't AirDrop anything to a stranger's phone; as creative as Freesia's idea may be, it can also be interpreted by a stranger as creepy, aggressive, and invasive. In fact, one friend of mine has had a strange man on a subway ride AirDrop d*ck pics to her...

I think prenups are soooooo important! There's so much more to a committed relationship than just emotions, it's dedication to build a life together, and that includes financial establishment, which is a core part of life in our world! So, I think writing prenups is a way to respect each partner's hard work into building a life together and splitting them fairly. Also, I don't think divorce is the most terrible thing to think about when you are getting married. Sometimes, people change, or life hits you unexpectedly, and parting ways respectfully can also be a beautiful thing! I never thought my parents would get divorced, but I supported them 100% and thought this is the best solution for them. And when they got divorced, I felt the importance of prenups, because I saw both of my parents put in different ways and amount of support they gave to each other and wished they had something written up to share their assets fairly. I think prenups help parting ways a lot cleaner
@saraa.9860
@saraa.9860 2 жыл бұрын
prenups aren't about love or lack there of. They're about assets. If you have assets going into a marriage that your partner didn't contribute to you should protect them - they're yours (retirement accounts, investments, property, etc). A lot of people don't realize just how much their legal rights and obligations change when you get married, every couple getting married should have a consultation with a family attorney before they say I DO, not because they believe they might get divorced, but so they can be more knowledgeable about what they soon will become responsible for. If you can't have an honest conversation about finances before a marriage it's not likely those conversations will be any easier after the wedding. Money is the leading cause of divorce - if you cant talk about it honestly then you either don't fully trust your partner or you're not ready for that kind of relationship.

One good example of why prenups are so important - there was an older couple where the husband died of covid and all of his medical loans had to be repaid with both his and wife’s assets. After the husband’s death, the wife had nothing left because all of their assets were comingled together and not separated by a prenup agreement. It’s not even about 50/50 split at that point because the poor woman lost her husband and all her money. My partner and I negotiated a prenup and it was really emotional process! We also drafted wills giving assets to each other as well so it’s mostly to cover a situation where there’s a sudden death rather than separation!

To the girl who wants to ask the guy out on the train! Just go up to him after you guys reach your destination and tell him you find him cute and would like to get to know him better. The worst thing that will happen is he will say no, but then you won't regret it in the future thinking about if I did ask him out, maybe things would work out! I understand the fear that you probably don't wanna come off as weird/ desperate. But the right guy will see your true intentions, and also, you are doing this for yourself, not for him!

I turned him down because I had a boyfriend that time, but to this day I still smile whenever I think about it. So even if it doesn’t amount to anything, you still made someone happy! Go ask him!

@Shimohira Reika Attraction is an important part of dating, and the women going up to a guy first to interest doesn't mean that she's in love with him already. Two people need a chance to talk to people to see if they are compatible longterm, and one person does need to make the first move - whether it be the guy or the girl.

Why does this first question got me so bad? Same train and same bus for me lol😊 Prenups for me would depend if its a mutual decision of both parties involve (without peer pressure), but I also dont care if we dont have it or we have it. In my opinion, if the relationship goes well then good then its just a paper at the end of the day, if not then your hard earned income/assets would be protected. Fart topic and the next was super hilarious. 🤣🤣 Just a good flow for me. 🤭 Cheating, im so done with it, maybe NO unless were married too. but 90 No/10% forgiveness for me✌🏻 I love giving gifts to special persons, i dont count or care how many or if they'll give me back esp if its Christmas season. 💚 I love it when the 3 of you are together. You cater all the deep questions with hilarious/serious answers. Sharing and learning at the same time. Great content. Hope to see more of you. Till next time. Kudos! 💚👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💚

I had to pause mid-video just to comment on the prenup portion -I’m 100 percent for prenups. Some say it’s because I’ve worked in the legal field too long, but divorces are expensive and divorce rates are high. Especially with the stresses of COVID, I have never seen so many marriages end in divorce as I have these last 2 years. I think nowadays most partners are ok with signing a prenup.

You all talked about giving gifts but while the holiday season is here, what's the best gift you've received from a significant other? 👀
@nabsane

I’ll share my views on the topics - About approaching the guy, you’ll never know if you never do. maybe he’s already committed to someone else or maybe he’s interested in you too. If the girl wants it to be more than a crush, she should definitely go for it. 😎 Prenups should be discussed on agreement of both parties. when only both parties know they’re discussing it as an future option, not any of them thinking that the other is keeping open ways to leave another at any given time. Its the very grow-up topic one should discuss before marriage just like wedding programs ✍️ About farting, even the deepest level of intimacy has debate about how you share these because I am not someone who wants to fart infront of my family like not even my parents. but there are people who’s very keen to do this 😂 Thanks for coming to my Jbro talk. ✌🏼🕊

I heard some good advice that said the best time to make a prenup is when you’re both happy and stable. Because divorce can get messy and you can see sides of each other that can be spiteful. So it’s better to make the plans during a good moment in the relationship that way you don’t hurt each other when things go sour. Also with the cheating thing apparently women find it harder to forgive emotional cheating while men find it harder to forgive physical cheating. My ex didn’t understand the difference and we had a pretty good talk about our boundaries around both versions of cheating plus it set the tone of what we defined as cheating.

For the gal who wanted to talk to the guy on the train - do it!!! I would approach from the perspective of starting as a a conversation and not anything more than that until you get a better sense of this guy. It could be friendly and say "hey!! I notice you get off on this stop often, do you work around here??" And then that answer can tell you whether you should continue with the convo or part your separate ways bc it got akward. But I could also see asking that question might be invasive (like, is this girl stalking me?) Hopefully not!! Good luck to that girl

Prenups: I had a colleague dated her boyfriend 11yrs, got married and after 1,5yr got divorced. He left her for someone else. Feelings can change. Most of the people stay together bcz of kids or finances/assets they have together. Gifts: don't give too expensive gifts in the beginning of a relationship though. I was in a relationship for almost a year. His 1st B-Day celibration during our relationship I gave him an expensive Brand watch. A month later was my B-Day, "I'm still waiting for my gift". 🤣🤣 joking. Approaching a guy: I met my then "first true love" in the subway. We took the same train every morning. One day we had eye contact (again), we smiled to one another and said something like "here we are again. How are you this morning". That was the beginning of being travel buddies and so it started

If there’s a significant difference in net worth or future earning potential, prenups are a must. People chose a partner they think is the one, and they will be at least at the time, however they might not be “the one” forever. People change and grow and not always in the same direction. If the agreement is fair and your partner cares about you they’ll understand and support you wanting to protect your future. If someone wouldn’t sign a prenup with me it would be a red flag. Either they’re too illogical for my taste or they have ill intentions.

@@grandmasterb7398 There are very specific and proper ways a prenup has to be done. Yes, you’re right. It’s not bullet-proof regardless. But it’s ok. Life is a game. I try to play it the best way I can. My hope is that I won’t get another divorce. If I end up with another one, oh well, I just do my best to resolve it the best I can. Maybe I will change my mind if I end up divorcing again for the second time. I shall see.

@@Crystalbomb321 Years ago, I married my ex who I thought was at “my level” based on some external factors. He was a terrible match for me on many levels. In fact, he was a terrible person. My husband-to-be is at “my level” on many levels though he does not own assets or did not go to an elite school. He’s actually much more intellectual than most of my colleagues and friends that I went to (elite) schools with. Plus, his family is very loving and accepting. I can’t be more grateful

A bit late i guess to advice the girl on the train, but i think if you have that much attraction to him, try to greet him by thanking him for making up your day.. i think it's one of many ways where at least you wont feel regret for not saying anything to someone that kinda smooth to your eyes.. and, for me personally i would be glad to know that my existence is actually can brighten a stranger's day.. then see if he's responding to your gratitude.. And prenups.. well, i'm divorced after 7years trying to fix things and ended up with nothing, and amazingly i think i wont do it if i got into another marriage again..cause, i think it will set a boundary on how much are we going to go through rough days together, and give up on it easily knowing that there's that "safe" zone..

Sorry to say, but she's not really interested in anything serious with you. Girls never back out of a chance to be with a guy they are trully interested in. For your own good, move on to someone who deserves you.

There was a story like that and she asked him out.. gave her number I think, but it turns out he was with someone. But the guy's relationship eventually ended and he contacted her and they're married now. She wrote a book about it.

Q: How can biological brothers with the same parents be anatomically opposites in the family jewel region but they resemble each other??? The older was shortchanged and a cheat. The younger, who is my age is hung like a 🐎 ...I later found out years later because we remained in touch with many mutual friends.

Prenuptial agreements are usually made when getting married, and usually the initiative comes from the richer party, so that if something happens in the marriage, their assets and wealth will remain safe, It's okay to make a prenup, but it must be agreed and read by both parties, and not just one party and a prenup can also be made by both for their respective purposes... but in fact the income and property of the two which are obtained after they are married, are joint property and will be divided in half if divorced, and maybe the prenup wants to be able to change that or protect their property and assets before getting married, so for those who are richer usually do a prenup, because it is considered profitable for their assets, but is it really necessary to make a prenup ? Well for more details please ask bill gates and elon musk ... do they wear a prenup too ? 😆im not rich so I dont know anything about prenup 😆

Bill Gates & Elon Musk's ex-wives cashed in billions after their divorce. So prenup or not, they are not lacking any financial security.

@@EvaMariposa its true .. yup, they are rich maybe because they get big allowances and also get a share of wealth and income after marriage, so they really don't need a prenup because both Elon Musk and Bill Gates split their wealth and income after marriage to their ex-wife

100% pro prenup. If a future partner doesn't want one it's a red flag. If you don't get a prenup, make separate accounts for when you get married and don't put anything into the old accounts. This will keep your old and new assets totally separate during the relationship and you'll have a better chance of keeping everything you had before should the relationship end. Hahahaha I definitely let my partner or even my coworkers know if I'm gassy just in case something escapes before I get to the bathroom. Hard no on forgiving cheating. Once a cheater always a cheater.

Yes, fart in the bathroom if you're not alone! Nobody's farts smell good; why would you stink up the air around another person if you don't have to? I even tell my SO to pull over so I can get out of the car to fart (and ask him to do the same, although he does often try to sneak them by). I notice nobody said anything about burping. Americans don't care too much as long as you don't have truly obnoxious sounding belches. And I don't even care about those as long as you're not a frequent offender.
