Wats unique about this guyver is the neck collar. Stands out. No other guyvers hav it. Just cosmetic. Even his abs are different.

There's a few things, Neck collar and abs. But also the control medal is far larger than normal. Then he has the high frequency blades of Guyver 1 while having the Sonic busters of Guyver 3. Either way the animation of the whole thing made it look real cool.
