You are 100% right that WoW HC is all about knowledge. I never played WoW classic, it was a really tough learning curve playing it for the first time in HC (mechanic wise not of course, it's dead easy). Three 60 warriors later and I feel a bit more confident. Some of the knowledge checks are ridiculous. I lost my first character to Ezzra Grim because apparently, you had to clear the entire square before killing them. There are so many of these little things. Also: the amount of adrenaline that goes through your body when you get in a sketchy situation is no joke. Learning to deal with that is also very important

first clip the maintank just got doublehit crit for 2x 6200 dmg in 0,02 seconds and got overkilled by 400 hp, nothing to do with the shieldwall on 2nd web

Has everything to do with shield wall. Shield wall was gone and on CD - hence the tank death and immediate deaths on down the threat list starting with the fury pumpers. Proper timed wall there and they live. He shield wall/last standed a full 15s early, and then appeared to live until the LS fell off at the 20s mark, and then the warriors started immediately exploding.

"if he gives up it's less of a defeat" said someone in the chat, but I would like to say I think this is wrong. When you're in a situation when you know you've done all you can and you still fail, you mostly just shrug your shoulders and accept it if it doesn't actually have an impact in your life. In that sense, it's less of a defeat to never give up. You know you couldn't have done any better

How hard is it to understand that maexxna goes in enrage at 30% and the sw is for the first web while enrsge, mt got snapped befor the web so the sw woulnt have been used even if it was up at this point of the fight Or do u expect the raid to 30% to 0 in 10 seconds( sw duration)

@@Blinxn111 … that’s exactly what I am saying. The RL called out that the tank literally pressed shieldwall early and that they don’t know what to do. He tells the raid to instead, blast as hard as they can. What I suggested was what the safe play could have been. Did you not understand the safer option, or are you just assuming I didn’t listen or watch anything and decided to post nonsense unrelated to the clip

@@theformuoli6397 boss would be dead before web thats why the call to push her was made, to avoid the enrage web, we knew we have the dps to push her. Even with earlie petri ppl would have died due to the mechanic of the fight, to save all u need to kill her before the web.

sure but there's nothing you can do about that. apart from unavoidable bugs or DCs its all about game knowledge. rotations and mob mechanics are generally piss easy but if you don't know that X mob stuns and Y mob spawns an elite bodyguard, well, you're dead.
