I tried PVP for the first time ever today. It was fun... but you can definitely tell the noobs (like myself) from the regulars (the experts). I bet during normal non-event times, PVP is probably really tough and cut-throat. Most likely I'll keep my PVP adventures reserved for special events only (just like WvW).

@snuggler100 that's definitely fair, I have been playing roughly one game a day for the past 2 years so I'm kinda used to it, but it's definitely an adjustment. People do take it very seriously too, which sometimes can make it tougher. I'm definitely not great at it, but I still try to have fun haha. I'm glad you enjoyed it though and I hope it stays fun through the event!

Hate that they still make the character bald with the hoods. I'm gonna continue to burn my gold on keys to get that hood that doesn't. XD

I don't think that I have ever used a hood so I didn't notice, it's interesting that they would choose to get rid of hair completely. I guess if you have large hair like I do on my charr it makes sense, but still interesting haha, best of luck on that hood though! 😂
