Whenever you load a new instance you can see most objects are not rendered yet. Is there a specific option allowing you to move arround while rendering is happening?

Why you use a tonic and than back to normal?

By using the chest tonic while having celerity sigils equipped on your weapons the selfstun will trigger the sigils and you will get quickness
