I just finished 25days holiday in China 3 days ago. What a wonderful trip! After about 4 years, I see a lot of progress in China. Much more EV cars, buses on street, more new intelligent equipments used in public daily life. Very low inflation, everything is coming back to normal. Nice parks( all free), friendly people, fantastic food, wonderful transportations, very safe everywhere. I had a very wonderful trip there. Will visit again in year end school holiday time!

I've seen many baked potato and baked sweet potato in China. Over the fire, peel the burnt skin and eat. Seen more in the north and west of China. Cold weather food.
