Matt Pendola and his team is the real deal for all levels of athletes. My oldest daughter trained with Matt during her high school years in both Cross Country and Track. His level of knowledge, experience and true dedication to the athlete is second to none.

R3 is a game changer. Started the program with Matt when I was coming back from an injury and needed to make certain times for an upcoming race. I learned so much about body mechanics and how to address my physical deficiencies to be not only a better runner in the short term, but a better athlete for life. The best part is that all of these are functional strength workouts so every exercise is specifically geared toward making you a stronger, better, faster runner/overall athlete.

This is an AWESOME program - Matt Pendola really knows his stuff!! I've been working on his strength work for several years now, and it's been an integral part in keeping me healthy when I run. Now I'm a collegiate runner and I continue to do this strength work, and I can see myself continuing to do the work even after competitive running, because it also applies to maintaining general health!

This is great! Thank you for this. Matt helped me get back to running after a major injury in the past. He’s fantastic. I stopped when I had my second baby. I’m feeling motivated to get serious about running again after seeing this!! Thank you for sharing, Gwen!

I've had the opportunity to train with Matt for several years now and he has helped me develop so much as a runner and athlete. He is a true professional and am so grateful for the knowledge and skills he has taught me. This program is going to help so many people to become better versions of themselves and live happier and healthier lives!

Been doing the R3 program, and it’s helped me a ton. No longer have any hip or knee pain. Highly recommend it, Matt Pendola is a genius

You are such an amazing inspiration to me! I've learned so much from you and seen your tips make me a much faster runner! I'll be starting my training toward a 2:45 marathon at the age of 52 this summer and I have you to thank for getting this far!

This is precisely what I have been looking for. I've been getting more serious about my running lately and I always doubt what I am currently doing to develop running specific strength. Thank you for giving us a peek into what a high level athlete does for strength. Edit: I got to the end and the dates confused me. Is the program available now? He said a month from today but then someone said June 8th.

Fix the pectus excavatum guys. Reduces overall skeletal strength and ability to process oxygen. She simply can’t run faster with the head and upper body flopping around, partially disconnected from the lower body.
