This actually gave me an idea. Would be fun to create decks with cards that lore wise want to kill each other. Like a list with Henselt and Sabrina, Seltkirk and Vandergrift, Geralt and Vilgefortz, Ciri and Bonhart etc. They'll probably suck but it's worth for the meme potential.

@@SVOKRAplays Could try to start a theme/lore deck tournament. I always liked questing with decks that matched storyline. Didn't win much, but it was fun and occasionally someone would ff if they saw what I was doing. My fav opp ff was playing the Eskel and Lambert thinning set (without Vesimir), Geralt of Rivia between them, megascope on the other row, then golden froth on all 3 of them. Whoever it was clearly remembered the drunk scene in W3 b/c they congratulated me and quit.

I have such a love/hate relationship with Gwent but anytime I come back to the game I pick one of your decks and it works like a charm. ST control is one of my favourites, I only find very hard to beat Sihil nonsense with this deck. Any recommendation what to switch to when playing against too many Sihil SK. Thanks for the video.

Since we're going wide, something like Vial or Golden Froth could be a good Sihil tech. Fortunately for me I haven't had that matchup this month. Glad you like the decks. 😎

NG mirrors are the best mirrors. Had a game where my opponent put down a Nauzicaa Sergeant in the third. By the end of the round, there were 7 of them on the battlefield. Thanks Slave Drivers!

Alissa says "Deploy: Shuffle a special card from your graveyard to your deck. If it was a bronze also shuffle one additional copy of that special." In summary, we would need to play 2 Waylays before we take Alissa in order to have 4 Waylays in deck. If the opponent banishes 1 or more of them from grave I would recommend taking Alissa for Heatwave instead.

That matchup is extremely annoying no matter what you do, but I would try and play round one aggressively. You'd have somehow draw all your control options and prevent them from being able to make copies of the Tibor. Keeping cards out of your graveyard can also be useful since they need something in grave to swap with Vilge, but this seems almost impossible to do while contesting the round. I think red coin is also preferred but again it comes down to luck. You could tech a Geralt: Igni into your deck which can deal with a few of the Tibor's; Scorch may be too specific and not play well into other matchups. I really don't like the new card design.

@@Qcento Yeah, what you say makes sense. The issue I'm facing is that if I don't shut down the first card, they use leader and they start off with 2 of them and then it becomes a bit hard to stop. And it is almost always too late into the round to recognise it as well. They will probably fix Tibor next patch I guess, or change what grade of cards can be duplicated

Hey, managed to beat one today finally. As soon as I saw the leader ability, IDed him and drew as many Raid cards as I could and burnt Blood Eagle to get Highland Warriors (I'm running your SK Warriors from 10.8). He kept expecting the pass in R2 but I played through even though I was a card down.

But why play Alissa in first round? (9:45) You just made your topdecks worse. If you bleed in r2 even, why not play her in r2? Warriors have no way of tossing your waylays from grave.

I explained how I was taking a chance cause I wanted to have a pushing hand for round 2. I also have streamer luck on my draws. I don't recommend doing this unless you have a good feeling about it.
