Nice seeing Ifrit being utilized, but isn't the muzzle just better? Firstly it can seize a unit up to 6p, which can be also purified to get an engine on your side of the battlefield. It is additionally just more points when you seize a 6p unit, same value at 5p, and only at a 4p is it a bit worse than Infrit. Edit: muzzle also is a nice tech-option against cards like Madoc and crow mother.

I think the only reason ifrit is better is because if you wanted to get rid of something tall (tyr for example), if you use muzzle you can ping it twice with leader but you can’t get it into muzzle range, with ifrit you can actually kill it with the leader and get the the sentinels out

@@10503. That is true, but this deck already runs two big tall punishes (heatwave/curse) + waylay spam. Thus muzzle is a better option in this deck, I'd say.

It is easy to nitpick but for inexperienced players, caleb menge is row locked, so QC could have removed it at 12:40 with the vrihedd elf.

Did you at any point try to fit in the new 13p elf that "tutors" vanadain/simlas? I was playing that, but your deck is more ergonomic.

Not in this version. Didn't want any blind firing in early/midgame. Scroll definitely helps this deck a lot, I used to run Skull instead but realized how important round one draw is especially on blue.

Honestly, I love seeing Kolgrim decks lose almost as much as I like seeing Reavers lose. Reavers are so strong that even in most seasonal events they dominate. Imagine setting up for 10 minutes for ONE card then lose! 😂 🤦🏻‍♂️

I really don't feel that Ifrit. It needs a buff of some sort, honestly. Not necessarily a straight up buff bot something conditional.. Like, if the target survives, spawn Cataclysm on that row for 1 turn or something. That's not too much I don't think but it's still very nice.

The card is in a tough place where any provision buffs would make it too strong but I feel it has a place in decks that have control on demand through leader or board state. An "if destroyed damage adjacent" clause could do a lot here for Ifrit.

Maybe give it a order: damage by 1 cooldown 2 and +1 provision, this way it can remove a bronze engine and give you an engine on board

They have the most RNG which is frustrating to play against, however I see the appeal and still play the faction from time to time. I like soldiers and aristocrats.

No, I still believe he's a cheater. I took down the video because my point was made and this isn't a drama channel. The guy sniped KG before and everyone let it go. His only arguement that he didn't cheat was that I'm a bad player and a sore loser which further proves my point. A couple months ago I uploaded a Syndicate Hidden Cache deck and when I was recording the gameplay I crushed him 2-0. I didnt add this to the video however, he went and copied the deck, changed a couple cards and put out a video on it. He also copied my last PS deck before this one and even tagged me on YT saying I inspired him. The whole situation is behind me now and if it happens again I won't be surprised. Onto better things.

How this deck is against meta? I mean Enslave 6, NR Shup-Erland, SK Beasts, etc. All this games which you presented are not real meta or maybe they are but only on lower ranks...

The playrate on bounty is still very high considering the small nerfs and many players still hit 2500 off frost decks. These have been preferred decks in tournament qualifiers lately. Kolgrim isn't as serious though.
