If transformer oil in MOG pointer indicates full level and actual it is full than what cause will happen? There will be any serious or abnormality if it's conservator level gets full?

Yes if mog Is full that means conservation full with oil. Now as temprature rise of oil due to any reason like load increase on transformer or atmosphere temprature increase. Transformer get pressurised and that Lead to operate PRV of transformer.and that Lead outge and breakdown of transformer..
