Interesting to see that you chose a lot of health related gadgets. About the fitness tracker though, the accuracy of fitness trackers is even a problem in slightly costlier ones, unless you go beyond a certain price bracket. The only decent budget options might be the Mi band or OnePlus band, at lesser price they might be a fake product.

Being an electronics engineer working in the core field. I can say at 6:00, that is not touch screen, that is called a touch capacitive. It has a capacitor below that surface which responds to change in current or resistance , making it appear as touch screen. Just info for you because you are a professional in your field. Knowing the exact technology and terms would be beneficial.

That pull up rod is dangerous.... During rainy season our walls had got wet and my brother was doing pull ups with his legs crossed... That rod slipped and landed on his knees luckily he was not that hurt...

One of my friends also had similar rod but it made use of vacuum to stick to walls One day the rod unexpectedly fell down (it wasn't able to handle his weight i guess)and he badly got hurt on his back Now he has installed a new one which is required to be fixed using screws with walls Now everything is fine Such products are very risky to use

Hi, Not sure if this is the right pace to ask for suggestion. Kya app koi neckband (No TWS) suggest kar sakte hai jisme earphones ka size kafi chota ho? Chote earphones helmet ke aandar use kare jaa sakte hai. For example: I used to own Oppo Enco M31(Wireless necknband, Sadly discontionued), which were best for my use case scenario as the earphones were of very small size and the sound was also very good. Request you to please help me here. Bauht dino se online search kar raha hu but kuch kaam ka nahi mil raha hai. Thank you!!!!

you can never increase wrist size by exercise( its a bone), but yes one can work on your forearms and make them bigger (gives illusion of strong and big wrists)
