Worst happened with me when I wanted to sell my moto g54 in cashify. They showed 9300 but pickup boy came and told me 7000 is the market value. Phone was new and clean without scratch. Cashify is not a right platform for selling phones

Every line you mentioned is true. I sold my 5 years old oneplus 7 pro on cashify and it showed me 13700rs. When the guy arrived he directly told me that the price will be less than 10k. I asked him why so. He started saying this is a 4G phone. I told them i mentioned this already. Then he said that the prices of the phones are not updated from past 6 months hence it is showing 13700. Later he checked my phone and told me front camera is not popping up properly. Phone has dents. And told me price will be 9.5k. I told him give me my phone i wi sell it on olx. Then he said wait let me check again and he offered 10k. I was OK and told him to proceed and quickly i got 10k ka amazon GC which I wanted. The twist here is he thought he purchased my phone for a very less price. But the kick here is the phone gets dead after every 2 hours😂. I simply got rid of my phone took the GC and went away.

Well said.. It's better to sell offline than on cashify. Happened with me once while selling my dad's phon. I denied to sell, they came back saying we need imei number to mention.. that was their way to negotiate again. Also, what do you think about exchanging phone while buying a new one. Maine Cashify pe Mi 11X becha, app 13000 tha, banda bolta hai itna nahi milega, max 9000 milega bcoz screen pe scratches the, but there were no scratches and phone was out of warranty. Bande ne bola agar aap mujhe 1500 commission doge toh me 11,300 me nikal dunga. So I agreed but only paid him 1000 that too he wanted cash not gpay, but I forced him to take GPAY. Bhaiya, Mai CASHIFY par ek 4G phone bechne ke liye order kiya aur vo phone bilkul sahi condition me tha (Almost 3 years old) tha usme koi Dents and Kuch vaisa nahi tha, to CASHIFY ne mujhe us phone ka 7300 dikhaya tha but jab unka aadmi phone lene aaya to vo us phone ka 2000 bata raha tha, Pata nahi kyu itna jyada kam kar diya tha. Aur mera phone unke sabhi Tests me pass bhi ho gaya tha, sabhi test me kisi me bhi Fail nahi hua tha but phir bhi vo itna kam kar diya Price. Phir mai nahi Sell kiya us phone ko, Mai agar usko Offline Sell kar du uska mujhe 8000 se jyada hi mil jayega.
