My dude I agree. I'm bout this fitness shit. But I follow everything fitness (CT Fletcher and IRON ADDICTS, Gym GANG, Mrs.B,..etc...)the list goes on. I follow positive people in the fitness world. Although CT is only about 10years older than me he is an OG. He is very impressive. Gym Gang's members are younger than me but I don't believe in that saying,"you can't teach an old dog new tricks." What I mean is that I pay attention to them just like I will pay attention to you because you never,ever get too old to learn. Big homie I'm about to subscribe.
