Well My Routine :- Monday - Abs/ Chest Tuesday - Back Wednesday - Abs / Biceps Thursday - Shoulders Friday - Abs/ Triceps Saturday - Legs No Information of ABS in the video I basically train ABS all days a week ( Crunches, leg raises as my warm up full week) But i goes hard on my Abs on Monday, Wednesday, Friday ( Crunches, Leg Raises- Laying on a mat) , Hanging Leg raises) SUNDAY - REST !!!

doing something like below is a better routine for muscle and strength gain as it is better to hit every muscle atleast 2 times a week. Monday- back and biceps tuesdays- chest shoulders and triceps' wednesday- legs thursday- back and biceps friday- chest shoulders and triceps saturday- legs
