@@Scotts865 They let her talk about some things, and did not let her talk about other things. It was very obvious what they did not want her to talk about, so they so clumsily silenced her. To someone who has been systematically silenced for so long, it is extremely painful and traumatic to be further silenced like that and not allowed to tell the Truth about certain things that someone does not want you to say. So many people just do not understand how shattered one's mind can be due to being treated like that, and how seriously that can harm a person. It is so undeniably wrong what they did to her!

She is helping others through her strength and awareness not just surviving but thriving. My bet is she has had great therapy to help her identify and articulate her journey. Abuse of power and sexism, from the abuser and from the people charged to protect them and let’s not forget the enablers. This abuse of power plays out in many ways in our society.
