amazing video! I have no idea why your channel doesn't have more audiencity. I have a problem of choosing between rings or pull up bar because it would have to be connected to my ceiling with limited space, so rings will probably be better. Anyway, thanks for this video, you just earned another sub!

When I do ring pull up , my back mind muscle connection are better than bar pull up .

Okay thats interesting, it might possibly be becasus the rings are in a more nautral position for you to pull from perhaps

@@user-nr7yg4rx1u Great question! I would recommend leg assisted pull-ups/Chin-ups with rings and also band pull-ups like you mentioned. A cool bonus thing you can do with the leg assisted chin-ups on rings is that on the way down you do as much of a negative repetiton as possible (So you basically take as much weight of legs as possible and rely as much as you can on the upper body), itsa really simple and effective way to build strength for chin-ups and pull ups as a beginner💪🏽

@@goprimate i think my external rotation are too weak , if I use pronated grip . I can not keep a strong Depression and retraction on my shoulder.

@@goprimate btw i dont have anyrings, i just use rope without ring, isit take some more hard for keep my body stability?

@@ridwanshaleh6894 Yea if its a thick rope then it will be much harder for the grip. The stability factor gets affected by how loose the rope or rings are. For example: if the rings are very low and the straps are long they will be more unstable. If the rings are very high and the straps are short they will be less unstable. Same applies to the ropes. But the main thing with a rope is that it will work your grip way more and therfore you will target the rest of the muscle less because your grip strength will wear off before the lats for example (Regardig Pull-ups that is)
