Same! Aly was my favorite of all time. Her choreography, tumbling, and her serene artistry was the best. Her beam was so fun to watch, and she was such a pioneer in fixing the culture of USAG. Aly forever!

She's the perfect blend of difficulty and artistry. Which the name of the sport is artistic gymnastics lol, but now days it's all about power and SV. The rules need to figure out how to make things more fair, but they tried that. I wonder what it will look like after this upcoming Olympics.

Maroney would have been an excellent Olympic Champion on Vault and Floor in 2012. She did an actual floor exercise, not just thudding tumbling passes and awkward, meaningless, graceless ooses that are utterly unconnected to the music.
