I really like this workout. No repeated moves mean you never get bored and are constantly challenged. it's difficult without being so hard you want to give up. Thanks to Jada and Gymra for another great workout.

Love, love, love this no repeat 45 minute workout. Not too hard or too easy- perfect for a mOnday morning re-entry into the workout week. The only thing I would add is a 60 second mid program time out to get a drink of water, or stretch a bit. Great job overall.

Absolutely loved this no repeat workout. Jada's constant attention to our proper form is another terrific aspect of this workout. And she did it all with a constant smile on her face. Another Gymra great!
