Lewis along with Ben Francis co-founded Gymshark one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK, recently becoming valued at over a billion dollars. Lewis stepped away from Gymshark in 2020 and since then has been growing his entrepreneurial expertise by creating various products and brands, most recently beginning his new adventure as Executive Chairman at AYBL group with the aim to help other young entrepreneurs take their visions globally, as well as for it to become the largest e-commerce group in the UK.

An interesting podcast, unfortunately not Lewis' best though. His comments about 'winging it' etc. with GymShark don't reflect the other podcasts you hear from Ben and the strategy they implemented at the start of building the brand. You can tell Ben was more hands on than Lewis. I'm a fan of Lewis and enjoy his podcast but I think nerves may have got the best of him here. I would loved something more in depth about his first years in GymShark. Loved the questions and set up of the podcast, really enjoying this aspect.
