used to do it that way with wax release now use the spray on release it conserves every minute detail with no wax clumping in all the fine crevasses

Great demonstration! I never thought of using polyester resin for a detailed mold before. I always thought it would require the much more costly silicone molding material. This is probably more durable, and a lot cheaper than using silicone rubber when you don't have any undercuts to worry about. Excellent, I've already thought of a few 'projects' I've been putting off ... just watching your video ... :-) Thank You

Долго и муторно. Лет 30 назад был в Академии художеств,в Ленинграде. Там в гипсоформовочной мастерской были формы из термопласта. Он достаточно мягкий и отливку доставать легко. Вышедшую из строя форму можно быстро перелить заново.
