It seems to me that Dee Dee was a con artist and Gypsy was in on it. Gypsy was staring at life in prison or the death penalty, so she played the victim and manipulated all of us. Dee Dee wasn't a great mother, but she didn't deserve to die that way. Her last moments were full of fear and pain. I have never seen Gypsy display real anguish or emotion over her mother's death and I believe that she is a phychopath. Not diagnosing, just giving my opinion.

Fancy, Thank you for the timeline. It explains a lot. Gypsy tricked her defense attorneys with her “poor little me” BS. They did a great job of defense. Too good, in my opinion. There is no way that she didn’t always know her age. Having raised a couple of girls myself, it’s pure hell when they turn 18. They become so head strong knowing they have obtained legal age. I agree with your theory completely about Gypsy wanting to run wild with men. With a lack of involvement from her own father, it’s no wonder that she was seeking older men. She would most likely have daddy issues. Dee Dee must have been desperate to keep running her scam. If Gypsy left, the disability insurance (state aid) would have stopped, and all the fraud would have been exposed. There is no way that Gypsy’s life was in jeopardy. Dee Dee would never have “killed the goose that laid the golden eggs”. Besides, all that, I think that Dee Dee did love Gypsy. Gypsy was all she had. Was Dee Dee a bad person; absolutely. It’s clear that she taught her daughter well. My advice to Gypsy is to get all of all social media, don’t do any reality shows, take the millions she has now and go live a private life. She has enough money to get her nose, chin, and teeth fixed. Not sure if there is any help for her lazy eye, but she should look into it. Maybe with facial corrections, her goofy looks wouldn’t be so recognizable. Keep doing what you do. You are a mighty right warrior!

I don't think she tricked him. I think he, Gypsy, and the Blanchards came up with a plan and floated it to media to run with it and then they used it to get her a stellar plea deal and the framing of Nick was done!

I don’t think she tricked him either,but he took what he could of the poor abuse victim story to save his client years off he sentence , the media picked the story and spun & sensationalized it into the big lie it became. This is the reason if a case interests me I do my own research , these biopics are bs for the most part. There are some German filmographers who tell the whole story instead of the Disney outlined one, but so far none of them have done the gypsy one. I wonder if they would name it after the old song ,”Gypsys ,Tramps, and Thieves ?”

Honestly, you deserve so much appreciation for being all about the TRUTH. it's not about being "#TeamWhoever". It's not about who is right and who is wrong. You stand by the truth. You're not sugar coating it and allow us to make our own opinions based on proof and truth and evidence you provide. You're not about making ANYONE look bad or look good. No one can deny that this makes a whole lot of more sense than gypsy's account. It's not about victim vs villain. It's so much more, but so simple at the same time. And you're BRAVELY giving us the facts. in real life, there is nuance to REAL people. People are complex. It's about finding out what ACTUALLY happened with context and being able to come to our own judgement with the FACTS. People may find it easier to paint everything in black and white, but the truth is, every single person made mistakes here, but the mistakes don't justify murder. AT ALL. Gypsy could have EASILY left. But she wasn't willing to leave dan. She is a very mentally sick person and became obsessed with Dan and his drugs. Thank God Dan's wife and children didn't get hurt. (but Dan left pretty fast. Almost like he planned on leaving anyways...until something went wrong...the fact Gypsy didn't have a return ticket?) But there's so much hidden from this case to the general public. Gypsy is far from a damsel in distress. Please know that for what it's worth, I know how hard it is to sum everything up when I talk about this case and I'm no where near 7 years in (not to mention actually being involved and speaking to all these people)...I seriously have to catch myself from going on tangents. I can't imagine your position and I can't imagine how overwhelmed and exhausted you must be. To be attacked. We all started off as pro Gypsy until we all inevitably clock her and start digging. Im sure this journey has been very hard on you. But I'm so grateful for all that you've done and your passion for getting to the truth. It's not about stubbornly hating someone or defending someone. It truly is about seeing the situation for exactly what it is. It's so much more than what the public thinks, but it's so simple when you see it for what it is. You're an articulate, smart, credible, a critical thinker, passionate, and honest source. You've been doing true crime forever and worked professionally. But I can't imagine how hard this journey is for you. You're TRULY making a difference. I hope Nick is able to get a fair trial with all the context, evidence, and appropriate counsel. I LOVE this format of video. I love and watch all the videos and lives. But I like that we don't get overwhelmed (because there's so much to talk about) by focusing on something (it'll be helpful for people just starting out on this case) and not be interrupted by chat. When people want to dive deeper, you have more videos. But I think these are very helpful and I love this format!!! I would love to see videos like this about the videos Gypsy sent as ruby before, her hypersexuality used as a tool for manipulation, her other relationships and her Emma rose fb account and nicks responses to her in response (he wasn't into it), a timeline of Dan, a timeline of the days leading up to, during, and after, Gypsys personalities and how she used them to manipulate, dee dee and her opinions, the movie theater, the family, the "procedures", the BB gun, her online activity, criminality of the family, her manipulation of Nick, manipulation of her husband now, manipulation of the public, ken, prison, top 10 lies (very helpful for new people), the crime scene discrepancies, an overview of the texts/facebook with just you (I know you've covered everything), Nick, Gypsy in the media now, thoughts on prison confessions 🤮🤢,your general opinion, etc. etc. Etc. It's just a lot easier to focus when there isn't so many chat interruptions and there's no pressure to cover the whole thing all at once. It's easy to reference and it's easier to watch. I watch no matter what. You're one of the only credible sources with the info you have. You've been on this for a LONGGG time and started off pro gypsy. It says so much about your character for what you've been dedicated to the past 7 years. And, like i was saying, the truth doesn't need to be anything except exactly what it is. It's a story of manipulation, fraud, criminality, lies, betrayal, and a very mentally sick individual named Gypsy. It just may be a little more manageable to break it up and not feel obligated to explain it all at once. There's just too much. The info should be out there. Thanks for all you do. I can’t stand Gypsy, and think she was certainly a con for most of her childhood and definitely into her adulthood. Of course there was a time that she was a victim, as a child involved with a con artist she wasn’t raised right. But for the abuse she claims I don’t think so.
