Did you not listen to what they were saying? Eli doesn’t do interviews, period. It’d be great to get one, but he doesn’t talk to the press hardly any. That’s one reason everyone likes him, he’s just private enough that it’s kind of cool. You can tell he’s a super nice guy, but he just doesn’t talk much. If we ever get an interview with him it’ll be about 10 years after he’s retired, and we’ll be lucky to get that.

I think this change has been great for Anderson,and was much needed.he had been with rockstar for a long,long time.a change of scenery can really breath life back into someone's mental game, and it's showed this season with multiple riders.Anderson, Tomac and even Mookie,all switched teams etc, and and all are looking better than ever!

It’d be a lot closer if the AMA would stop penalizing guys for banging bars. They need to just stop penalizing for aggressive riding, because that’s too tight of a line. We penalize Anderson for him and Roczen coming together when it was literally just a case of two lines coming together. Then exactly a week later Friese completely sent Craig flying dang near out of the freaking stadium, and the AMA does nothing, when they absolutely should have. If you’re gonna penalize for aggressive riding, then that should definitely have been immediate disqualification from the series, because Friese does that crap all the time, and could have seriously hurt Craig, but the AMA just says whatever to that. Then in Indy last week you’re going to penalize Barcia for pretty much just block passing Anderson. He just went up the inside, and took his line away. Should’ve been perfectly fine, but he gets penalized for it because they only penalize guys who are big name guys apparently. They need to just stop penalizing completely for aggressive racing, because at the end of the day, rubbin is racin. Let it police itself.

Star is the best team and known for one reason why, it’s because they give the riders what they want compared to other teams. If tomac wants the revs from 1-3k RPM really smooth but wants 4-9k RPM really agressive but still able to gain traction every where the team is going to get that for him unlike other. But tomac can win on a stock bike with extremely good suspension. His results prove that, tomac with really good suspension is unbeatable and that’s where his most dominant seasons came in back on the last generation kawi

Tomac especially this year has been getting in "beast mode" pretty much every race . Kinda why it's so damn gnarly Anderson passed him straight up in 2 mains so far at pretty much full steam for both . In no way has it really been decided who is fastest yet , but tomac has been smarter and luckier .

To me JA looks really fast but at times looks on the ragged edge and could crash at any moment. In contrast ET looks fast at times and rarely on the ragged edge. At times he also looks like he's fast but definitely has something in reserve if needed. He has definitely benefited with good starts(cable clutch?) this year, and he's riding smart this year winning when he can and settling for top 3-5 when he can't.

It may be hard to believe but Eli's talent was muted by the Kawasaki. If you go back to his honda days and then watch the Kawi days you will see how the rear steer style the Kawi demands did not mesh fully with Eli. The Yamaha is neutral in steering balance, for Eli that means getting more front end grip, allowing Eli's style to talent to be fully utilized again.
@Upthebroncos310
@Upthebroncos310 2 жыл бұрын
That’s because Kawi didn’t allow Eli and John to go in the direction they wanted, Japan would say know and on top Eli didn’t have Ricky Gilmore for his suspension, now he does with star and star are willing to try what ever and it’s paying off
@motofunk1
@motofunk1 2 жыл бұрын
@@Upthebroncos310 True, but at the same time the base nature of the bikes geometry cannot be fully overcome by suspension. That's the real issue. If Eli could make the Kawi work, he would have done it on his own bike at home, shown them the difference and convinced them to let him use it. The Kawi is a fine bike, just not the bike Eli needed for his style and comfort. Some riders feel and are effected details more than others.

Beat Eli clean but also know when last weekend happens you have full permission to hammer down... on anyone. Jason is awesome full stop. I just wanna feel the same with his racing. It's weird in racing... that line between clean and not so much. You have honest hard racing then the / is crossed then things get weird. But that's why we watch, that's why the athletes get to choose and how legends are made. What do I know really but it's the only sport I even care to have an opinion on. I think all would agree even when we say we are not fan's or even hate a rider. We all still care. In the sense we are all watching a WWE match and we just hype it a tad. Nobody enjoys seeing riders get hurt. Point, the cleaner the sport is or attitudes of the night could literally mean someone isn't walking home that night. That's so weird to think about. This year has been one of the wildest I can remember and I can't wait for tomorrow night.

I don’t think Eli has a personality. If he did he would at least show something at some time. Eli doesn’t even have a personality when he wins and/or he’s speaking on the podium. Anderson is the opposite and I love it. The lack of personalities is why modern moto is sometimes boring. Jett is injecting a lot of personality as well.
