AC is the best person to have broadcasting these races , he can relate to anything that comes up or will come up because he’s been thru it all from being a champion to the lowest of low’s . I have followed his career since he was on 50’s and you could tell from early interviews that being a commentator was in his future . I hate that he had to go thru all the injuries like he did because he would have won a lot of championships.

Adam's progression as a commentator went from amateur packfill (in a bad suit) to pro level in the blink of an eye. And whomever decided to pair him with JB is a genius. Zero ego from either. And kudos to Jace for owning up to his SD post race press conference beating a dead horse aka "beast mode".

Since Adam and you were talking about the green light and how you can see it and it helps. Can you start bringing up to the AMA if we can have the green lights turn blue and flash for lappers?!? Maybe even yellow for caution sections? Maybe flashing blue as the leaders are getting close???
@rabbitpelletgaming589710 күн бұрын
Maybe even a bar pad light that would be easier to see for the rider. Something to keep Vince Freezy from blocking Eli for a half a lap…. Also it would make it way safer for cautions flags! Not sure of the logistics behind the light changes and what not but it’s an idea that you and the industry could maybe work on together.

I think Tomac learned something from watching Jett’s perfect season. How many times did Jett finish lap one outside of first place? Instead of managing the race by getting comfortable and counting on end of race fitness to run everyone down, Jett passed everyone in the beginning and then did what he needed to do to stay ahead. I think Tomac made note. That, and just straight feeling it physically and mentally.
@imagoodlistener273010 күн бұрын
I guess you mean from the couch. Like Webb said, "you're not getting in tomacs head."
@jub0710 күн бұрын
@@imagoodlistener2730 I’m not meaning that Jett got in his head. There was an interview where they asked Eli if he watched Jett after his Achilles tear. Eli said he was too pissed at first and wasn’t watching but after Jett was on a tear and won like 10 straight, he started watching. In that season, Jett didn’t get every single jump off the line. Whenever he didn’t though, he absolutely forced the issue in the first lap to get around people ASAP and then managed it from the front. Maybe Eli is just turnt right now but it seems to me that maybe he recognized the value of getting up front ASAP. Eli has never shown being very bothered by what others have said. I’m not insinuating that he started now. Actions speak louder than words.
@imagoodlistener273010 күн бұрын
@@jub07 I get it. I'm not trying to be combative in any way. But Eli is the type that races himself and the clock. Watching what others do really isn't his thing. He is his own man through and through.
@jub079 күн бұрын
@imagoodlistener2730 This isn't the interview I was initially thinking of but it's another one where Eli mentions watching Jett's perfect season. Listen to the end, starting at 17:30. He talks about how Jett manages the race and admitted that he has not been able to do that in his career. Shows a lot of respect and that he did make note of it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hIDYomuPd754bKMsi=VemdK35N-zCAqG9H&t=1060

With how tomac is riding I hope he stays healthy for the outdoors cause it would be epic and poetic to see 2015 tomac again to sign off with. Also it's nice to hear someone that's a pro who hit the point of hitting a growth spurt can really throw a kink in development on the bike and being a big dude on a 250f is a major draw back, back when I was younger racing a 250f being in shape but weighing 170+ motors wouldn't last as a an amateur when 250fs first hit the scene.

Love AC and you as well Jase! You Jase were very diplomatic in that question for Jett regarding Beast Mode. Both you & AC truly love the sport. But you're both too involved to speak any controversy. But there's some real things that need to be discussed to make the sport grow in favor of the athletes more than the greedy hands involved with running it... $200 Mil Tv Streaming Package currently being negotiated... The gambling on the racers names, performance and what the racers are getting paid out of it??? Athletes paying for parking, racing, traveling to each round out of pocket... Not letting athletes sell their own merch.... other than Lawrence's and Danger??? The traffic lights on track blind spots... the helmet communications... the pitboards... the trackside hard surfaces still not using gym padding on all floors/walls... the 40yr old Tough Blocks... 🥕🏁🕳🐇🏳

Do you have the ability to just area-capture the clock and timing board from the actual broadcast? If your producer is recording his screen it'll end up being less editing effort to try and keep it synced. Not sure if Feld will be butthurt about you using even JUST their blue clock/timer.
