With the train, I think the tender couldn't pivot enough and was jamming into the engine, extending the wheelbase and flipping it off the turn

Auto blinkers is possible ,just needs alot of fine tuning. The main reason there's no auto blinkers is 90% of the time you have to turn them on before you turn.

your train there was a 4-8-0, especially the fact that the 8 drivers [the wheels that are actually powered] are all connected as one unit means that that train HATES sharp curves, and guess what! you took a sharp curve!

Day 3 of asking Idea : LAND vs SEA battle * One side has a battleship, the other a tank * The goal is to destroy the battleship without taking too much time * The tank can repair but not the battleship * The prefered weapons should be explosive ones

And who created the corvette has clutch backwards, when you say engage the clutch that means the clutch is active but when the clutch is disengaged then it's not active so to change gears then the clutch needs to be inactive, for example and a tractor to change gears you have a clutch petal that you press to disengage and change gears then release to activate and there is a device on a tractor called a PTO that is used for like mowers that hook up to the back or tillers or even a hay bailer, well when the PTO is not running then it's disengaged but when it is running then it's engaged.

So i think that the way that car with gears works is that the encode wheel angle changes every gear and after a certian limit the engine goes in reverse (i tested this with my engine) so you need to quickly press clutch and change gears while having forward momentum so that the engine doesn't start reversing

If only my best build was finished (it's a very big one-to-one-ish esthetic replica of Star Wars Rebels' VCX-100 "The Ghost" ship). Laggy but I hope the physics slider will work on it.

Hey ScrapMan would you ever consider trying to make like a pinball machine or maybe an air hockey table? Edit: not farming likes but if anyone would also like to see this drop a like or comment! You know like some kinda arcade game that you can spawn in and play against a friend or like spawn in two pinball machines and see who can last longer/score higher.

It would make the blinker basically useless to have it turn on automatically when the person is turning. Blinkers are meant to give you pre warning that someone is about to turn.

By the time you're turning, the blinkers are too late. Blinkers are meant to signal intention to turn. I hate when people brake, then put them on. Defeats the purpose.

On the tractor that was actually supposed to be a rain flap for the exhaust to keep the rain out and when the engine is running the exhaust would push it up and let it flutter and when you turn off the engine the flap drops.

Parallel parking with the blinker changing every time you turned the wheel. Or when you have to make a slight turn the other direction before making your final big turn. Yeah… it would not be good for blinkers to be tied into the steering wheel. Unless you drive a BMW since theirs don’t seem to be used anyway.

It look's Like that the Car with the Piston Engin uses electric engin's that Support the Piston Engin with a barring on the shaft. That's why it get's faster with every gear

for the issue with changing game files and whatever, wouldn't you be able to just have multiple copies of the game? just add the copy strictly for modded to your library then maybe change the name there. it's what I had to do for 7d2d for playing multiplayer modded.

Hey, love the vids. Im German and just startet playing Trailmakers mainly because of your vids finishing the campaign. Did a pretty good drift car as my first Build/ upload and wantet to ask if you could make a video showing off some drift cars. 6:55 so my next door neighbor has one of these Corvettes I'm not sure what year I'm a Ford nerd I am not at all well versed in the Chevy of the 50s and 60s. I think that's like a 1965 though. Anyways, about the one my neighbor has, I don't know how many of you are familiar with bandimere speedway (rip bandimere you will be missed) but before they closed down I used to race a dragster i used to own and the mustang I currently have and I saw my neighbors truck with the signature AE Advanced Exteriors logo, so I went over to talk to him and he goes oh yeah I'm not watching tonight I'm racing. That made me really curious because I'd never seen him have any kind of vehicle that's meant for racing. Little did I know that in round 2, the Corvette with a freaking blower and a super charger with a wheelie bar and parachute which made me worry about whether or not i could win, yeah I got paired up with him in the bracket.. Needless to say my 892hp gt mustang unfortunately did not have the oomph to keep up with his (albeit 800lb heavier than my mustang) 1,765hp supercharged v8 dohc create motor... And even more unfortunately I had made it a goal to beat him some day and put an F1R procharger in, weight reduction and roll cage, and a stout but light transmission clutch and all that, and then every race one of us would go out early or something and never got to race him, then he moved, and now Bandimere has shut down. So sad... Now i have a 1,340hp not-street-legal staff racing monster, but no track to race on, so my babygirl just sits there looking sexy and that's about it... :/

I guess who ever built the Mercedes truck doesn't know that not all pick up trucks have duels meaning duel wheels. I was looking at the one the guy made in Scrap mechanic and it had duel wheels in the back like a 1 ton pickup truck like say a RAM 3500 are a Ford F-350 but the Mercedes did not come out with duel wheels, but they did come out with duel axels in the back. Look it up and see for yourself.

24:57 so I'm really bad with logic in trailmakers (even though I'm at least semi decent at writing different languages of code) and I've never been able to play scrap mechanic but in terms of like the gyro being easily offset by an impact, couldn't you just add some logic and sensors that automatically level it out based on like a concrete block at the end of a short arm on a free floating bearing with 3 sensors i.e. upside down letter T and if you're leaning to the left the concrete block activates either just the far left one or both far left and middle. Hook those up to logic gates like if sensor 1 and 2 are active, lower thrust on the left side thrusters and vice versa. If sensor 2(the middle one) only is activated then the controller turning on and off the thrusters on both sides just does nothing so it stays level. I can't remember if scrap mechanic has angle sensors and speed sensors or whatever like trailmakers.

I understand that the VTOL craft here has something similar, but it's like an extremely over simplified version of what I'm talking about. This has that weight but that's it there's not a lot of logic behind it or any way to stop it from inverting itself. This is why I said to have 3 sensors per pendulum - also what I didn't say because I thought it was obvious - because a redundant sensor system has a better chance of recognizing when it has made an impact and so after the impact if the secondary and even tertiary pendulums are triggering the same sensors (Left and middle) then it knows it's tilted and can correct until all pendulums in all axes like roll and pitch are on the middle sensor only and literally anything at all like a block or pipe piece or something to prevent the pendulum from swinging too far causing the stabilization to invert the whole vehicle based on whatever the last sensor input was. If the pendulum stops working, based on the little bit of logic I know and what I can see, this vehicle will keep its position until it rotates a full 360° on that current plane, then it will level off. I do realize I could be extremely wrong about this considering I've never actually been able to play the game but I have been watching videos about it for years and it fascinates me still. Please don't crucify me if I am wrong lmao.

Wedge powered car had suspension THAT WORKED. Every build you make with suspension it is always slammed to the bottom. Been saying this for a long time lol.
