Gyropalooza 2023 Down Under with Time-Lapse

I've been waiting patiently as the 2023 Gyropalooza box makes it way Down Under and it's finally arrived. Did MVP send anything special my way? Being a 14.5 speed means the Relativity is less flippy than you'd expect a -3 to fly until it gets seasoned well

I got a Total Eclipse Hex in my box too. Couldn't see any reason it needed to be stamped as a Lab 2nd, so I suspect they were made for the Halloween version and just made more than they needed.

Interesting. Yours is the first box I've seen (out of 5 so far) that didn't have a lab 2nd Time-Lapse.

I was a little disappointed about that. Fortunately I bought a SE Time-Lapse at the same time as the Gyropalooza box.

Had a chance to throw it this afternoon and it' super flippy. Throw it on 45 degree hyzer and it flips over and turns to the right. Throw it flat and it's instant roller.

Not sure yet. Only threw it about 5 times and mostly on hyzer. If it was 160 grams I think it would be better suited.

In my box I got 2 paradoxes and an uplink. I already have 4 uplinks so I really didn't need another one. I have tried paradoxes and they are way too flippy. My box was too flippy to warrant spending the money that I did on the box. I really wanted the detour but the one I got is like a puke orange color. I have never seen that color but it is literally the uglies thing ever. Not going to spend the money next year. Doubles in the box is bad enough, but doubles of unusable discs is even worse.

It's very much a lottery. Some people luck out and get some amazing discs and others.... meh! Most of my discs I already had and throwing them all yesterday they flew pretty much as expected, except for the Fission Insanity that is probably the flippiest disc I've ever thrown. I'm calling it the Anti-Tilt.

@@DiscGolfDownUnder lol anti tilt. Do you throw rollers at all? would it be a decent roller disc? I have been trying to get a virus to beat in but it is surprisingly stubborn for me. The Jet is too flippy. I have been having decent luck with getting an F5 to flip and roll how I want.
