Considering tzatziki sauce has a yogurt base and I don’t like yogurt, I even find it delicious! People don’t know what they were missing! If I were there I would’ve asked for 4 or 5 dollops of it!

As a Greek i say gyros because its the most famous street food in my country i tried kebab also but gyros is clearly the best not because its a food we do here but clearly because its more unique and more delicious especially if you add in pita some tzatziki some vegetables and some fries its the best food something that as i see you have it already in the video!!! Some get only pita with meat but if you ask me i add in pita gyros tzatziki tomato onion and fries i prefer more than simple meat in... Am really surprised with your skills dude and wow this tzatziki looks so good its the favourite part of this food to me!!! If i dont buy souvlaki i clearly think that pizza is a good option also if i dont like gyros in i add sausage i really love sausage a lot in the pita with tzatziki and vegetables also the best way to enjoy it is when you order some white wine i can drink lot killos of wine when i sit and order there... You know... Every video of your is a treasure and we talking about a big collection!!! I really collect your videos because they make me relax and also want to try new foods everytime i see them!!!

1x 7g sachet dried yeast 2 tsp golden caster sugar 300g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting ½ tsp baking powder 25g butter or ghee, melted, plus extra 2-3 tbsp for the tray and brushing 150ml natural yogurt 1 tbsp nigella seeds Mix together all ingreadients, let it rest overnight in the fridge, divide into 4 balls, let them prove, roll out, pan fry on low heat
